Bitblocks SRL, together with the subjects indicated in the “who we are” section of this website, as joint data controllers (hereinafter also “Joint Data Controllers”), with this document it intends to inform, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter also “GDPR”), those who intend to interact with them through the site http://www.bitblocks.it/ (hereinafter also “Site”) and use the services provided (hereinafter also “Users”).
The common point of contact between the Joint Controllers is Bitblocks SRL, available at the following e-mail address: info@bitblocks.it.
This privacy policy refers exclusively to data collected through the Site and to cookies used for browsing the related web pages and does not extend to data collected directly or through cookies from websites managed by other subjects to which the Site may refer.
General principles of treatment
The Joint Data Controllers put in place adequate technical and organizational measures to guarantee – and be able to demonstrate – that the processing of the data provided by the Users is carried out in compliance with the regulations on the protection of personal data taking into account the nature, the scope of application, the context and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks, for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, connected to the processing of data and having different probabilities and seriousness. Rights of the interested parties
At any time, you can exercise the following rights pursuant to art. 15-22 of the GDPR:
request confirmation of the existence or not of your personal data in our databases;
obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and the retention period or the criteria for determining it;
obtain the correction and deletion of data;
obtain the limitation of the treatment;
obtain data portability;
withdraw consent to the processing for specific purposes, where necessary.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Joint Controllers reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. The User is advised to check the “Date of the last revision” at the bottom of the document to verify when the last update was made.
Any change in this policy will take effect from the date of publication on the Site, but the changes deemed most significant will be communicated to Users of whom the Joint Controllers have a valid e-mail address at the corresponding time.
